Interior Health’s Kootenay Boundary Regional Hospital (KBRH) invites applications from Physiotherapists with interest in a permanent, part time opening.
KBRH is a 75 acute care bed hospital located in Trail, BC, and is responsible for providing core medical and surgical specialty services to patients throughout its service area. KBRH offers services including core physician specialties, 24 hour emergency and trauma services, Level 2 laboratory, acute and obstetrical care, psychiatry, and chemotherapy.
We are looking for a knowledgeable Physiotherapist with experience in developing client evidence-based, outcome-focused intervention strategies consistent with clients’ needs and goals to achieve optimal health outcomes. As a member of the KBRH multidisciplinary rehabilitation team, you will work independently and collaboratively providing physiotherapy services that include assessment, treatment planning and implementation, program planning, consultation, equipment prescription and education of clients and/or their caregivers.
This position is a Saturday through Tuesday rotation of Days offering shift differential. In the position the Physiotherapist covers priorities on Saturdays and Sundays and Acute Inpatient Care Mondays and Tuesdays. • Current registration with the College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia (CPTBC).
• Valid BC Driver’s license where required.
