Kootenay Boundary Regional Hospital (KBRH) is the regional referral hospital for the Kootenay Boundary Health Servies Area. Perioperative Services has 5 surgical suites, 1 urology room, and the surgical services performed in here are orthopedic, general, ENT, Gyne/OBS, urology, plastics, dental, and opthamology.
Shifts for this position are rotating Days, Evenings, Nights - 07:00 to 15:12, 09:00 to 17:12, 15:00 to 23:12, 11:00 to 19:12. Evening and weekend shifts have call attached. Stat holidays are call shifts and are allocated.

Graduation from an approved School of Nursing with current practicing registration with the British Columbia College of Nursing Professionals (BCCNP).
Advanced preparation in the clinical specialty of perioperative nursing and one year recent related clinical perioperative experience in an operating room similar in size and scope to Kootenay Boundary Regional Hospital.
