Position Summary

If you are a self-starter who works well independently but also within an interdisciplinary team, and have maintenance experience, we have the opportunity for you to join our team in Lillooet!

In accordance with established vision and values of the organization and under the general direction of the Maintenance Supervisor (or designate), the Maintenance Worker V performs trades duties approaching the journeyman level in one or a variety of trades areas such as electrical, plumbing and painting in compliance with applicable codes and regulations and supervises Maintenance Workers and other designated staff.

Qualifications

Education, Training and Experience:

Grade 10, plus four years’ recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License required.

• Ability to deal with others effectively
• Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position
• Ability to organize work
• Ability to operate related equipment
