Position Summary

An exciting nursing opportunity is available in Kelowna General Hospital’s (KGH) new Post Anesthetic Recovery Room!

Kelowna General Hospital is a two site PARR model that includes a total of 22 bays. Nursing shifts are attractive as the majority of shifts are scheduled Monday to Friday. Shifts are 8 hour shifts with a variety of shift start times available including days, evenings, and nights.

Graduation from an approved School of Nursing with current practicing registration with the British Columbia College of Nursing Professionals (BCCNP).

Advanced preparation in the clinical specialty of critical care nursing and one year recent related clinical experience in the assigned practice environment on a post anesthetic room or critical care environment similar in size and scope to the facility or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
