We are seeking a Casual Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team at Kelowna General Hospital.
The KGH Medical Imaging – Nuclear Medicine department has a strong team approach supported by opportunities for on-going education and career growth. The KGH Nuclear Medicine Department is a busy tertiary hospital service. We offer a full range of Diagnostic and Therapeutic Nuclear Medicine services.
This casual opportunity will work day shifts between the hours of 06:45 to 14:45, 07:30 to 15:30, and 08:00 to 16:00
KGH Nuclear Medicine Services consists of four camera/rooms and 10 staff members. Staff are caring, keen, and professional and provide amazing patient care.
Casual employment means that there are no guaranteed hours of work, and that can range from 0-37.5 hours per week. Once hired into a casual role, employees are eligible to apply for internal postings including permanent part-time or full time positions. Successful completion of a Nuclear Medicine Technology program recognized by the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT).
Current Registered Technologist in Nuclear Medicine (RTNM) certification with CAMRT.
