Using their extensive knowledge of health promotion, prevention and education, combined with exceptional clinical and interpersonal skills; they provide nursing services and programs to a diverse range of clients, across a variety of settings.

This is a casual position. Shifts for this position are not guaranteed and hours may vary. Shift times are 8:30 to 16:30, Monday to Friday.
The quiet community of Creston is located south of Kootenay Lake in the heart of the Rockies Region in Southeast BC and is nestled between the Purcell and Selkirk Mountains.
Creston has a complete range of services and facilities, which provide for a comfortable and satisfying lifestyle! Known as “The Valley of the Swans,” the Creston Valley is a breathtaking combination of mountain peaks, fields of grain, deep clear lakes and wide-open spaces.
Graduation from an approved School of Nursing with current practicing registration with the British Columbia College of Nursing Professionals (BCCNP).
Six (6) months recent, related experience in public health nursing or an equivalent combination of education, training experience.
Current valid BC Driver’s License.
Please note that travel is a requirement for this position and transportation arrangements must meet the Employer’s requirements. You are required to hold a valid BC Driver’s License and may be required to drive a personal car on mileage and /or a fleet vehicle as a condition of employment.
