Put your nursing skills into full motion and join the passionate and welcoming nursing staff at Ashcroft Hospital and Health Centre, in the beautiful community of Ashcroft. We are looking for a self-directed, motivated, reliable and flexible Registered Nurse to join our Home Health team.
As the Home Health Nurse, you will support the client’s achievement of safe realistic and reasonable goals by assessing, planning, coordinating, organizing, implementing, evaluating and transitioning nursing and other care services for the client. In collaboration with the client, family and other care providers you will develop, implement and adapt a care plan, deliver direct care, assess service eligibility and provide care management to help clients manage their own care and navigate through the various services available within the community setting.

Graduation from an approved school of nursing with current practicing registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
Candidates must also hold a valid B.C. driver’s license.
