100 Mile House & District Hospital is a 16 acute care bed facility with an adjacent long term care facility of 93 beds. We are seeking a Physiotherapist who will provide consults for Acute Inpatients and Long Term Care Clients. There is also some outreach into the community to assist with discharges.
This community hospital presents a mixed client base ranging from acute respiratory to chronic disease, knee and hip replacements, non-telemetry to chronic, and medical. The Emergency Department has 10 treatment bays and receives approximately 35 patient visits per day.
You will work closely with the Physicians and multi-disciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care by assisting individual patients and their families respond to changing health care needs.

Days of work are Mondays/Tuesdays/Thursdays/Fridays (08:00 to 16:00 hours).
