Are you an experienced Power Engineer 4 | Maintenance Supervisor seeking a rewarding opportunity? Join our dedicated and supportive team at Summerland Health Centre in Summerland, B.C.
Your Role:
As a Power Engineer 4 | Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day plant and maintenance operations, supervising staff, coordinating work assignments, and supporting training and performance management. You will also perform hands-on maintenance and repairs across a variety of trades, while operating and maintaining boilers, heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), emergency power, and other building systems. Through preventative maintenance, equipment monitoring, troubleshooting, and compliance with applicable codes and regulations, you will help ensure a safe, reliable, and efficient environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
Work Schedule:
This is a permanent full-time position that works Monday to Friday day shifts from 07:30 to 15:30. Rotating on-call is required with this position. This position qualifies for a comprehensive benefits package, providing added peace of mind.

Qualifications
• Grade 12 education plus five (5) years recent related experience including two years in a supervisory capacity or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Certificate of competency as 4th Class Power Engineer recognized by the Province of British Columbia.
• Valid BC Driver’s License.
