Position Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a Casual Program Leave Management Assistant to join our team in Kelowna! This position works Monday to Friday, days – 08:00 to 16:00.

Your Role:
As a Program Leave Management Assistant, you’ll provide important administrative and clerical support to help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. You’ll prepare correspondence and reports, coordinate meetings and travel, maintain calendars, process invoices and staff expenses, and update spreadsheets and records.
You’ll also support the planning and processing of employee vacation and leave information, ensuring documentation is completed accurately and in accordance with established procedures. As required, you’ll assist with patient registration, cashier duties and other clerical functions.
This is a varied administrative role where your organization, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities will help support both employees and the programs you serve.
What should your application include?
• A current administered 5 minute typing certificate of 55wpm completed in the last 48 months from an approved institution (non-supervised tests are not accepted);
• Your Grade 12 Diploma;
• Your Resume indicating two years’ recent related experience, Or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience;
• A Cover Letter stating your availability to start in a new position;
Casual employment includes: short-notice, on-call availability; workload coverage during a temporary absence; and/or providing relief coverage in a specific position. Qualifications
Education, Training & Experience:
• Grade 12,
• Two year’s recent related experience, Or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
