Position Summary
We have a relief, full time Occupational Therapist opening in 100 Mile House. This is a position to provide coverage until December 2027, or return of incumbent.
Days of Work: Monday to Friday
Shift Times: 08:00 to 16:00

About this Position:
Joining us in 100 Mile House an Occupational Therapist will have a key role in providing subacute care services that focus on rehabilitation and recovery in community care and long-term care settings.
In this autonomous role, you will work both independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team. You will receive referrals from clients requiring Community and Home Health services, as well as from residents in Long-Term Care facilities, including Fischer Place and Mill Site Lodge. You will provide Community Home Health services in 100 Mile House and surrounding communities. This role requires local travel within the area.

Qualifications
Graduation from a recognized occupational therapy program. Practicing licensee as an Occupational Therapist with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC (CHCPBC). Eligible for membership in the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists. Valid B.C. Driver’s license.
