Position Summary
We are hiring for casual Certified Exercise Physiologists for our team in Kelowna. Opportunities are available now in a variety of areas including Pulmonary Rehab, customized Return to Work and the Primary Care Network. Casual means hours are not guaranteed and may vary depending on the needs of the department.
Days of Work: weekdays as needed
Shift times/Hours of work: 07:00 to 15:00, 07:30 to 15:30, 08:00 to 16:00

About the role:
The Clinical Exercise Physiologist (CEP) is responsible for conducting and supervising exercise and mobility sessions for clients requiring activity based treatment interventions. The CEP works under the clinical supervision of a regulated healthcare professional on the team. The CEP reviews care plans and recommends an activation plan. The plan is focused on an individual exercise prescription and mobility care plan for each patient in collaboration with the care team. The CEP assists participants to attain recommended mobility, fitness, and lifestyle goals by providing mobilization support, education and counseling.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, Human Kinetics, or Exercise Sciences from a recognized program.
