About the position:
The Speech-Language Pathologist is an autonomous professional who has expertise in typical development and disorders of communication as well as assessment and intervention in these areas. The Speech-Language Pathologist may work directly with clients and/or with their caregivers or other persons who regularly interact with them for the purpose of creating environments that promote optimal communication. The Speech-Language Pathologist contributes to the organization and the overall goals of the department/program quality assurance initiatives, meetings, research and education.

Qualifications
-Full practicing registration as a Speech-Language Pathologist with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC (CHCPBC).
-One year’s clinical experience with adults in a hospital setting and/or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
-Valid BC Driver’s license required.
