Your Role
As an Adult Day Service Worker | Bus Driver, you will play a key part in supporting clients to live as independently and fully as possible within a welcoming, community-focused setting. Guided by a client-centered approach, you will help deliver meaningful activation, life skills, recreational, and social programs—adapting activities to meet individual abilities and needs. You’ll assist clients with daily living tasks, ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity in every interaction. In this role, you will also transport clients to organized outings, helping them stay active and engaged in the community. Your compassion, flexibility, and supportive presence will make a lasting difference in the lives of those you serve.

Qualifications
Education, Training and Experience:
• Grade 12, completion of an Activity Assistant Program, and one-year recent related experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Food Safe certificate.
• Current valid BC Class 4 Driver’s License.
