We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Worker II | Groundskeeper II to join our dedicated and supportive team at 100 Mile District General Hospital.

What will you work on?
As a Maintenance Worker | Groundskeeper, you’ll play a key role in creating and maintaining a safe, welcoming, and attractive environment. A big part of your day will be spent outdoors, where you'll perform groundskeeping duties like mowing lawns, trimming trees and shrubs, maintaining flower beds, and ensuring pathways and outdoor areas are safe and well-kept year-round. Inside the facility, you'll assist with a range of maintenance tasks including basic carpentry, plumbing, and minor electrical repairs. This is a hands-on, varied role ideal for someone who enjoys both working outdoors and supporting the overall upkeep of a healthcare environment.

Qualifications
• Grade 10 plus one (1) year’s recent, related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Valid Applicator’s Certificate.
• Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License required.
