Position Overview:
As a Recreation Therapy Worker | Bus Driver, you'll play a pivotal role in our Recreation Therapy Department, working within a client-centered model to implement and evaluate our established Recreation Therapy Program.

Your Role:
You will be responsible for executing engaging leisure and recreation therapy programs, both within our facility and out in the community. This includes setting up and organizing program spaces to ensure residents' participation and comfort. Additionally, you will accompany residents on outings, liaising with nursing staff to confirm program details and promptly addressing any issues that may arise. Your dedication to enhancing residents' experiences and fostering a supportive environment is crucial to our team's success.

Qualifications

• Grade 12, completion of a recognized recreation course(s) plus two year’s recent, related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
• Valid class 4 vehicle license required.
