Position Summary

Are you interested in a career with Interior Health but would like some extra support along the way?

** Please note: This is not a job posting**.
By submitting your information, you are applying to the Indigenous Career Support Program. This program provides one-on-one coaching, career readiness support, and resources for individuals who voluntarily self-identify as First Nations, Métis, and/or Inuit and who are interested in pursuing opportunities with Interior Health. It is designed to help candidates prepare for and navigate the application process, but it does not replace applying directly to specific job postings.
This program reflects our commitment to building a workforce that honours Truth and Reconciliation, the Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples Act (DRIPA), and our responsibility to provide culturally safe care and services.
Voluntary self-identification ensures the program is offered to the audience it is intended to support.

How We Can Help:

• Career exploration & job search guidance
• Resume & Cover Letter support
• Application process support
• Understanding education and certification requirements
• Interview coaching (including mock interviews)
• And more!

** If you submitted your information before April 1, 2025, and would like to continue being supported by one of our Career Specialists, please re-submit your application **
