Swan Valley Lodge (SVL), located in Creston, B.C., has a relief, part-time (0.78 FTE) Rehabilitation Assistant opening. This position will provide coverage until return of incumbent.

Rehabilitation Assistants play a crucial part in carrying out rehabilitative treatment plans and programs and assisting therapists in monitoring and evaluating patients/residents’ progression. Operation within a client-centered approach and as an essential member of the rehabilitation team, you make a substantial contribution to the impact on progression of patient/resident needs and their rehabilitation journey.
Within this role, a Rehabilitation Assistant:

• Engages patients with regular therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications
• Completion of a recognized Rehabilitation Assistant Program, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.
