Make a Meaningful Difference: Join Us as a Home Health Transformation Occupational Therapist
Are you an Occupational Therapist who thrives in a flexible, client-centered role? Join our forward-thinking Home Health Transformation Team in Lillooet, where you’ll help individuals remain independent and safe in the place they call home.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering a consistent schedule: Monday to Friday | 08:00 AM to 4:00 PM. A valid driver’s license is required. You may use your personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed) or be assigned a fleet vehicle.
With increasing demand for home-based care, our Home Health Transformation initiative brings together innovative care delivery, digital health tools, and interdisciplinary teamwork to empower clients across our region. As an Occupational Therapist in Lillooet, you’ll be a vital part of this evolution — helping clients live more independently, safely, and with dignity. You’ll work both independently and as part of a collaborative team, providing comprehensive care in a diverse caseload that includes:
• Functional and cognitive assessments
• Personalized treatment planning and rehabilitation programming
• Equipment prescription and environmental adaptations
• Education for clients, caregivers, and families
• Consultation with interdisciplinary health teams

Qualifications
- Graduation from a recognized occupational therapy program.
- Full practicing registration as an Occupational Therapist with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC (CHCPBC). Eligible for membership in the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists.
- Valid BC Driver’s license.
