Position Summary
Penticton Regional Hospital (PRH) has an immediate relief full-time Rehabilitation Assistant opening. This position will provide coverage until March 2026 or the return of incumbent. Inpatient psychiatry coverage including group facilitation. Days of work are Monday to Friday from 8:00am – 4:00pm.

About the position:
Rehabilitation Assistants play a crucial part in carrying out rehabilitative treatment plans and programs
and assisting therapists in monitoring and evaluating patients/residents’ progression. Operation within a client-centered approach and as an essential member of the rehabilitation team, you make a substantial contribution to the impact on progression of patient/resident needs and their rehabilitation journey.

Qualifications
• Completion of a recognized Rehabilitation Assistant Program, or an internationally educated therapist who has the equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.
