Position Summary
Kootenay Lake Regional Hospital in Nelson, BC is looking for casual Environmental Services Worker | Cleaner to join their team! We are looking for team member who can work day and evening shifts (weekends and stats as required).
Shift times for this position include:
Shift Type(s): Days, Evenings
Shift Times: 07:00 to 15:00, 07:00 to 15:13, 08:00 to 16:00, 08:00 to 16:13, 13:00 to 21:00, 14:00 to 19:00, 10:00 to 14:00, 10:00 to 18:00, 10:00 to 18:13, 14:47 to 23:00
Days Of Work: Rotating
**Please Note** Casual work does not guarantee hours and get called for shifts on an as-needed basis**
What Will You Work On?
This position performs housekeeping duties throughout the facility and maintains clean and sanitary conditions in areas such as patient, resident, and client rooms along with washrooms, corridors, hallways, lounges, offices and common areas used by staff, visitors and patients/residents.

Qualifications
Education, Training and Experience:
Grade 10,
Or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Skills and Abilities:
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Ability to deal with others effectively.
Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position.
Ability to organize work.
Ability to operate related equipment.
