Position Summary
Joining us at East Kootenay Regional Hospital (EKRH) you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive physical therapy in acute care services. Days of work are Monday to Friday; 08:30 to 16:30.
This position is eligible for a $20,000 recruitment incentive plus relocation allowance.

About the Job
Acute care coverage will include the medical, surgical and ICU units as well as covering in the Emergency Department as needed. You’ll work both independently and collaboratively, utilizing your expertise conducting assessments, developing personalized treatment plans and providing education to clients and caregivers. You'll play a vital role in promoting functional independence and enhancing overall well-being. You’ll provide direction to Rehabilitation Assistants, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery of care within the rehabilitation team.

Qualifications
- Full registration as a Physical Therapist with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC (CHCPBC).
- Valid Driver’s license where required.
