About the Position:
Under the clinical direction of a Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist or Speech Language Pathologist, the Rehabilitation Assistant functions as a member of the multidisciplinary team in meeting the needs of the client. The Rehabilitation Assistant carries out rehabilitative treatment plans and programs and assists the therapist in monitoring and evaluating patients/residents’ progression.
Within this role a Rehabilitation Assistant:
• Is encouraged to work at top of scope
• Engages patients with regular therapeutic interventions
• Is relied on to be the eyes and ears of the rehab team.

Qualifications
Completion of a recognized Rehabilitation Assistant Program or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Valid BC Driver’s License as required.
Comments
Hourly rate of pay April 2026 $32.84/hr
