We are looking for a permanent full time Community Integration Care Coordinator (CICC) to join our Mental Health and Substance Use team at the Cariboo Memorial Hospital in Williams Lake, B.C.

What will you work on?
This position will lead the Gateway Stabilization, Crisis Response and Integrated Crisis Response units.
As the CICC, you will be responsible for the coordination of day-to-day operations and quality client care within community mental health sites and supports the seamless movement of clients through the healthcare system and in accessing appropriate resources. You will be required to supervise as well as serve as a role model and a resource to staff for clinical decision-making, the clinical assessments of clients and in the counselling and education of families. This role includes reviewing, analysing and making recommendations on the development of administrative systems such as policies, procedures and standards of client care, adequate staffing levels, and a continuous quality improvement environment. You will be required to liaise with an interdisciplinary team for the identification, coordination and efficient utilization of resources.
Scheduling Information:
Days of work are Monday to Friday from 07:30-15:30 hours.

Qualifications
Education, Training and Experience:
Graduation from an approved School of Nursing with current practicing registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
Advanced preparation in the clinical specialty of the assigned area(s), three years of recent related clinical experience in the assigned practice environment(s).
Three years recent supervisory and teaching experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Current valid BC Driver’s License.
