About the Job
Reporting to the Professional Practice Leader, and under the direction of a Radiologist, performs special procedures such as computer tomography (CT), and/or interventional, as designated. Assists the Radiologists during procedure, inputs patient specific data into the Radiology Information System (RIS) PACS and provides direction regarding procedures to student technologists and staff trainees.

This is a Relief Part Time (0.79) opportunity until the return of the incumbent.

Shifts of work will be scheduled rotating days, evenings, and nights

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited medical radiography program plus successful completion of a recognized program such as Computer Tomography to the designated specialty area, and or two (2) years recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Current certification with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT).
