Position Summary
Joining us at Pleasant Valley Manor (PVM), located in Armstrong, B.C. you’ll play a crucial part in carrying out rehabilitative treatment plans and programs in assisting Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists in monitoring and evaluating patients/clients’ progression. Operating within a client-centered approach and as an essential member of the Rehabilitation Team, you’ll make a substantial contribution to the impact on progression of patient/client needs and their rehabilitation journey.
In this role, a Rehabilitation Assistant:
• Is empowered to operate at the top of their scope.
• Engages patients through consistent therapeutic interventions.
• Drives substantial progress in meeting patient needs and their rehab journey.
• Serves as an integral member of the rehabilitation team.
• Is relied upon as the eyes and ears of the rehab team, ensuring comprehensive care.

Qualifications
• Completion of a recognized Rehabilitation Assistant Program, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.
