The pay scale for this position is $51.37 - $64.19

What You'll Do:
In this role, you will provide exceptional clinical pharmacy services to patients in both acute care and residential care settings. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will assess and recommend individualized treatments, serve as the primary resource for drug information and education, and ensure the safe, effective, and rational use of drugs. Additionally, you will monitor ongoing drug therapy, communicate findings to healthcare practitioners, and maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications
• Current registration as a pharmacist with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia.
• Certification of completion of an Accredited Canadian Pharmacy Residency program (ACPR1); OR
A combination of at least one year of full time equivalent (FTE) recent relevant clinical pharmacy experience and recognized advanced education courses;
OR
A combination of at least 3 years of full time equivalent (FTE) recent relevant clinical pharmacy experience and an equivalent combination of training, knowledge and experience.
• Active membership in the Canadian Society of Hospital Pharmacists is encouraged.
