About Us:
Trinity Care Centre in Penticton, BC, is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our Recreation Therapy Department. This is a relief full-time position, offering the opportunity to work rotating day and evening shifts.

Your Role:
As a Recreation Therapy Worker at Trinity Care Centre, you'll be an integral part of our interdisciplinary team, responsible for implementing our established Recreation Therapy Program. Your duties will include facilitating individual and group leisure/recreation therapy programs, organizing program spaces and equipment, and ensuring the active participation of residents. Additionally, you'll accompany residents on outings, ensuring their comfort and safety while confirming program details with nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Grade 12
• Completion of a recognized recreation course(s).
• Two year’s recent, related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
• Valid class 4 vehicle license is required.
