Vernon Jubilee Hospital (VJH) is seeking a Permanent Part Time (0.57 FTE) MRI Technologist to join its imaging team in Vernon B.C.
This position will work rotating Days, Evenings and Nights shifts with the times being 07:30 to 15:30, 14:30 to 22:30, 07:00 to 15:00, 15:00 to 23:00, 10:00 to 18:00, 23:00 to 07:00

What Will You Work On?
Reporting to the Professional Practice Leader (or designate), the MRI Technologist performs magnetic resonance imaging procedures. This position is responsible for assisting the Radiologists during procedure, inputting patient specific data into the Radiology Information System (RIS) PACS and providing direction regarding procedures to student technologists and staff trainees. VJH has the newest MRI Scanner in the Okanagan Valley- a 1.5T Siemens Sola with the most up to date software version available.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Magnetic Resonance Imaging program. Current certification with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT).
