Invermere & District Hospital has an immediate Casual employment opening.

Shift times are Days 08:00 to 16:00 hours. Casual employment offers the clinician between zero hours/week to a maximum of 37.5 hours per week depending on coverage and also clinical needs at any one time. Shifts to include Acute Care at Invermere and District Hospital, Long-Care at Columbia House and/or Community Care based out of Invermere Health Centre. Could also involve travel to Golden, B.C. or possibly Kimberley, B.C. to do clinical coverage if need arises. Access to personal vehicle will be required We will support the successful candidate with an orientation customized to meet the Occupational Therapist and offer mentorship processes and informal supports with more experienced Occupational Therapists on the team.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a recognized occupational therapy program.
• Current registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of British Columbia (COTBC). Eligible for membership in the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists or British Columbia Society of Occupational Therapists.
• Valid Driver’s license.
