If you are a dynamic and highly professional individual who enjoys working as part of a close-knit and high-functioning team, we have the career opportunity for you in our Time Limited Home Health Nursing team.

As the Home Health Nurse (Time Limited) you will support the client’s achievement of safe realistic and reasonable goals by assessing, planning, coordinating, organizing, implementing, evaluating and transitioning nursing and other care services for the client. In collaboration with the client, family and other care providers you will develop, implement and adapt a care plan, deliver direct care, assess service eligibility and provide care management to help clients manage their own care and navigate through the various services available within the community setting.

This is a relief full time position until November 30, 2023 or return of the incumbent.

Shift times for this position are 08:00 to 16:30, 12:00 to 20:00, 08:00 to 20:00 and days of work are rotating.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an approved school of nursing with current practicing registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).

• Candidates must also hold a valid B.C. driver’s license.

Comments

Effective April 1, 2023, the hourly rate for this position will be: $40.21-$57.78
