The Kelowna General Hospital (KGH) is a tertiary referral hospital that offers high-level, specialty medical care including 24 hour emergency and trauma services, ambulatory and outpatient clinics, and diagnostic/paramedical services. Specialty services include adult and adolescent psychiatry, outpatient nutrition, patient care quality officers, and cardiac surgery.
This is a hospital based position that supports the Acute Care portfolio with emphasis on assessment of cognition, function, pressure injury with interventions for discharge planning. This position will provide coverage until return of incumbent and access to the internal recruitment job board to apply for continuous employment.

Qualifications
• Graduation from a recognized occupational therapy program.
• Current registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of British Columbia (COTBC). Eligible for membership in the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists or British Columbia Society of Occupational Therapists.
• Valid BC Driver’s license.
