Position Summary
Interior Health is seeking an experienced and dynamic Nurse Practitioner (NP), Renal Supportive Care (NP) to join our team on a term specific full time basis at the Kelowna General Hospital.
This NP position focuses on providing supportive care to higher-needs patients with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD). In collaboration with a multidisciplinary team including Social Worker, Registered Dietitian, Nephrologist and renal clinic staff, the NP will provide patient centered care with a focus on managing symptoms and optimizing quality of life.

Qualifications
Education, Training and Experience:
• Current registration and exam-qualified as a Nurse Practitioner with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
• Current Nephrology Certification with Canadian Nurses Association
• 3 to 5 years Renal Nursing experience
