Who Are We Looking For?
Kelowna Community Health Services has an exciting opportunity for a Relief full-time Population Health Program Support Clerk to join their team in Kelowna BC for a one year duration or return of incumbent. This position works Monday to Friday with every second Friday off. Shift times are 07:40 to 16:32.
What Will You Work On?
In this role you will perform a variety of clerical duties including reception duties and administrative support functions to Population Health programs. This position is responsible for word processing, preparing routine correspondence and reports, responding to inquiries, collecting fees, filing, and operating office equipment.
This position provides support to all Environmental Public Health programs, including Environmental Health, Drinking Water Systems, Environmental Assessment, Healthy Built Environment and Licensing by performing duties such as reviewing/data-entering submissions to the IH Online Sewerage Registry, Hedgehog data system, and IH network drive.
Provides support to Environmental Health Officers, Drinking Water Officers, Public Health Engineers, Specialists and Licensing Officers by performing all necessary administrative duties.
What should your application include?
• Grade 12
• Certificate from a recognized Office Administration certificate program, plus one-year recent related experience and progressive experience working in a computerized environment; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Current valid BC Driver’s License.

Qualifications
Education, Training & Experience
• Grade 12
• Certificate from a recognized Office Administration certificate program, plus one-year recent related experience and progressive experience working in a computerized environment; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Current valid BC Driver’s License.
