Position Summary

We are seeking casual physiotherapists to join our team at the Creston Valley Hospital.

The Creston Valley Hospital is a Community Hospital offering healthcare services including surgical, inpatient and emergency. The current schedule for this position is Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 15:30. Casual employment includes: short-notice, on-call availability; workload coverage during a temporary absence; and/or providing relief coverage in a specific position. Upon completion of 180 hours, there is option of purchasing medical, dental and extended health benefit plans.

What will you work on?
The Physiotherapist works independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team providing physiotherapy services and work direction to the rehabilitation assistant working with the rehabilitation team. This position works with an adult patient population in the acute hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Current registration with the College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia (CPTBC).
• One year of recent related experience.
• Valid BC Driver’s license where required.
