Our welcoming and cohesive, multi-disciplinary team at the East Kootenay Regional Hospital in Cranbrook are seeking casual Registered Nurses to join them in providing outstanding patient-centered care for pre-surgical screening.
If you have more than 3 years of recent experience in acute surgical nursing, excellent availability for casual shifts particularly at short notice - then we would love to hear from you!
This is a casual position which means that hours are not guaranteed and may vary. Days of work may be Monday to Friday and shift times are 07:30-15:30, 08:00–16:00 and 13:00-21:00, but there is opportunity for flexibility to better suit your lifestyle (can work 07:30-21:00 Sunday to Monday for example). Casual RN employees are eligible to apply for internally posted vacancies including temporary and permanent opportunities.

Graduation from an approved school of Nursing with current practicing registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)
Current CPR certification
Three years recent related experience in an acute surgical setting or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
