Position Summary
If you are a self-starter who works well independently but also within an interdisciplinary team, and have rural nursing experience, we have opportunities for you to join our supportive team in Lillooet!
Lillooet Hospital & Health Centre provides full services of medical, palliative, maternity and ER coverage. A part-time OR program is also running 3 days per week and there is also part time coverage for physiotherapy and occupational therapy.
The Emergency Department has 5 beds including a cast room and treatment room and is open 24hrs. The in-patient unit has 6 beds, including medical, palliative and maternity. There are 2 RNs on shift.
This is a Relief Part-Time (0.97) position until June 24, 2024 or the return of the incumbent.
There is a nursing residence available.

Qualifications
Graduation from an approved School of Nursing with current practicing registration with the British Columbia College of Nursing Professionals (BCCNP).
Advanced preparation in the clinical specialty of the assigned area as required by the position:
• Emergency: Advanced preparation in an ED clinical specialty or an equivalent combination of education & experience. Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) within 3 years.
