Physiotherapist | Primary Care

Position Summary

Interior Health’s CHSC Primary Care Centre invites applications from Physiotherapists with interest in a primary care team. We are looking for knowledgeable Physiotherapists with experience in developing client evidence-based, outcome-focused intervention strategies consistent with the clients’ needs and goals that achieve optimal health outcomes.

As a member of the CHSC primary care team, you will work independently and collaboratively providing physiotherapy services that include assessment, treatment planning and implementation, program planning, consultation, equipment prescription and education of clients and/or their caregivers.

The team members work closely together to meet the patients’ needs. The Primary Care Network aspect of the position serves those patients who have complex needs. A broad scope of patients are seen and this will provide an opportunity for you to gain or use your clinical skills and expertise in acute & chronic injuries.

This position is suitable for a seasoned therapist. We are seeking Physiotherapists who work well within the team but also able to work independently with good people and communication skills. Qualifications

• Current registration with the College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia (CPTBC).
