Kelowna General Hospital (KGH) is seeking a Term Specific Full Time Medical Radiography Technologist (MRT) to join the Medical Imaging Department.
Shift times will be days, evenings and nights with the times being 06:00 to 14:00, 10:00 to 18:00, 07:00 to 15:00, 12:00 to 20:00, 07:45 to 15:45, 14:00 to 22:00, 08:00 to 16:00, 15:00 to 23:00, 09:00 to 17:00, or 23:00 to 07:00. This position is set to end May 31, 2023.
What Will You Work On?
Our MRTs perform X-ray exams in a multi-disciplinary setting to clients within a variety of inpatient settings, including, but not limited to: ICU, ED, OR and PAR. This position includes work within the Satellite Imaging department, with the majority of the work being for Emergency patients.

Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for a fast learner who has the ability to prioritize and work well within a team environment. The successful applicant will need to have to have critical care thinking, be flexible and have excellent communication. Availability to pick up short call is considered an asset.
Graduate of an accredited medical radiography program.
Current certification with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT).
