Medical Device Reprocessing Lead Technician

Position Summary

If you are a knowledgeable Medical Device Reprocessing Technician seeking opportunity to develop and lead others we would love to hear from you, for a permanent full-time Medical Device Reprocessing Lead Technician opening at the Penticton Regional Hospital.

As a member of the Penticton Regional Hospital Medical Device Reprocessing team, this position coordinates work activities and supervises designated MDR staff; performs set-up of instrument sets, case tables and case carts; performs processing functions on instruments, equipment, supplies and linen; and performs related clerical functions.

Days of work are Monday through Friday and include scheduled day and evening shifts. Qualifications

• Grade 12;
• Successful completion of a recognized Sterile Supply Processing course;
• Two year’s recent, related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
