Wage Scale:

• Social Worker – Bachelor’s Pay Scale is $31.99 - $39.98
• Social Worker – Master’s Pay Scale is $35.65 - $44.56

Education, Training and Experience:

Bachelor’s Prepared Social Workers:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited university.
• Two years recent related experience in a healthcare setting working with medically complex clients with concurrent disorders, or a combination of education, training and experience.
• Current full registration with the British Columbia College of Social Workers.
• Current valid BC Driver’s License

Master’s Prepared Social Workers:

• Masters Degree of Social Work from an accredited school of Social Work.
• One year’s recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Current full registration with the British Columbia College of Social Workers.
• Current valid BC Driver’s License.
