An exciting permanent full time opportunity is now available for a permanent full time Patient Registry/Telehealth Coordinator servicing the Ulkatcho Nation (Anahim Lake) and will be located there.
Who are we looking for?
We are seeking an experienced and positive administrative services professional with critical thinking skills to join our team.
What will you work on?
This position performs reception and administrative support to HCIS/MHSU/PCCT programs in accordance with Interior Health polices and procedures. The responsibilities include performing data entry, client scheduling, preparing routine correspondence and reports, responding to inquiries and collecting fees. Responsibilities include providing health unit aide support to HCIS/MHSU/PCCT programs by performing duties such as maintaining inventories of medical/surgical supplies, cleaning medical equipment and instruments and delivering supplies and biologicals to health unit as requested.
Shifts of work are Monday to Friday; shift times are 08:00 to 16:00 hours.

• Grade 12
• Certificate from a recognized office administration certificate program, plus one year recent related experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Current valid BC Driver’s License.
