The hospitals’ busy 27 bed medical inpatient unit.
Located in Cranbrook, between Kimberley and Fernie, EKRH is a 75 bed regional referral centre for patients and smaller community hospitals throughout the designated health service area. EKRH offers physician specialties, 24-hour emergency and trauma services, acute medical and surgical and obstetrical care as well as Lab services.
Community Profile: Located in the southeastern corner of British Columbia, Cranbrook is the business capital of the East Kootenays and the largest city in the Rocky Mountain Region. Nestled on a gentle plain with scenic mountain vistas in the distance, residents can enjoy a variety of outdoor recreational opportunities and urban pursuits.
Shift types are days, nights and shift times are from 07:00 to 19:00, 19:00 to 07:00 hours.

• Graduation from an approved School of Nursing with current practicing registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
• Acute medical experience would be considered an asset.
