Interior Health’s Penticton Health Centre invites applications from Physiotherapists for a permanent, part-time opportunity.
This is a Community based position that works out of the Penticton Regional Hospital’s in the Quick Response Team. Delegation and involvement with Rehab Assistants is involved.
Physiotherapists apply a client-centred, evidence-based, outcome-focused intervention strategic lens that considers the clients’ needs and goals in order to achieve optimal health outcomes. As a member of the Penticton Health Centre’s multidisciplinary rehabilitation team, you will work independently and collaboratively providing physiotherapy services that include assessment, treatment planning and implementation, program planning, consultation, equipment prescription and education of clients and/or their caregivers.
This part time opportunity offers 33 hours per week. Shifts are rotating 09:00 to 17:00 hours and/or 09:00 to 15:30 hours. Rotating three week schedule; works 1 out of 3 weekends.
Local travel is required in this role within the surrounding area. Access to personal vehicle will be required; a valid Driver’s License is necessary. As a permanent opportunity this position is eligible for Interior Health’s 100 percent employer-paid benefit package and enrolment in Pension Plan. Relocation Allowance package may be offered with position.

• Current registration with the College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia (CPTBC).
• Valid BC Driver’s license where required.
