Interior Health's North Okanagan Physiotherapy Services is inviting applications for the position of Physiotherapist.

As a Casual Physiotherapist you will be based out of the acute care site of Vernon Jubilee Hospital where additional worksites will include but are not limited to: Community Rehab (Vernon), Quick Response Team (QRT), Long Term Care sites, and Short Stay Unit.
The Physiotherapist works independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team providing assessments, treatment planning and implementation, program planning, consultation, equipment prescription and education to promote functional independence and enable the client to achieve and maintain optimal health outcomes.
Casual employment means work requirements can vary between Zero and 37.5 hours per week. Shifts are rotational on weekdays and/or weekends. Casual employees receive 12.6% of their straight time pay, exclusive of all premiums, in lieu of scheduled vacations and statutory holidays. Upon completion of 180 hours, there is option of purchasing medical, dental and extended health benefit plans.
• Current registration with the College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia (CPTBC).
• Valid BC Driver’s license where required.
