Position Summary
If medical nursing is your passion and you are a reliable, flexible and motivated registered nurse, we have an exciting relief full time opportunity with our 3N unit at the Vernon Jubilee Hospital. This relief is until April 19, 2023 or return of the incumbent.
What will you work on?
As the Registered Nurse you will work in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, to ensure the delivery of client–centered care by assisting individual clients and their families respond to changing health care needs.
Nursing shifts are 07:00 to 19:00 or 19:00 to 07:00 hours.
About this location/unit
The 3N unit is a 20 bed unit (4 flex beds). The unit provides excellent care with a strong team atmosphere amongst the welcoming team of RNs, RPNs and LPNs.
The thriving city of Vernon is home to approx. 40,000 residents, situated at the northern end of the sunny Okanagan Valley within a short drive to Kelowna International Airport and UBC Okanagan. Qualifications
Education, Training and Experience:
• Graduation from an approved School of Nursing with current practicing registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
