Qualifications
Pharmacist: current registration or eligible to be registered with the College of Pharmacist of BC.

Clinical Pharmacist: Pharmacist and additional requirement of a completed Hospital Pharmacy Residency Program or at least one year of relevant pharmacy experience and recognized advanced education courses.
Professional Practice Leader: Pharmacist and completion of Departmental Management Program Certificate CHA or HDM or equivalent and a minimum five years hospital pharmacy experience. Two years’ related management experience.
Clinical Practice Leader: Pharmacist with completion of a Canadian hospital residency program. Doctor of Pharmacy degree from a recognized university. Five years experience in an acute care hospital setting including two years in a leadership position.
